The Vancouver market discussion needs to be rescued. There are people out there who have hidden agendas who will use this affordability situation to look like heroes/leaders when in fact they are just manipulating the discourse to their advantage. When you start to hear words of ‘crisis’, ‘anger’ and ‘blame’ you know you are being played to stir up emotions not solutions.
