For the past 3 years the Federal Competition Bureau has been investigating the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), looking specifically at the Multiple Listing Service, MLS, that is currently restricted to Realtor only use. Has the CREA monopolized the market and subsequently set commissions too high???
