Cash Flow vs. Profit – Part 4 Of A 4-Part Video Series with Don R. Campbell
Cash Flow vs. Profit – Part 4 Of A 4-Part Video Series with Don R. Campbell

Time: we never seem to have enough, and we all want more of it. Time is one of the biggest hurdles that business owners and real estate investors come up against in the pursuit of success. It’s great to say that you’re busy and your days are full as many of us like to do, but simply being busy doesn’t mean that you’re being efficient.

Wouldn’t it be nice to be making the same profits (or greater ones) while also increasing the amount of free time you have? You could put that towards spending time with the kids, taking care of your vegetable garden, hitting the streets for a run, whatever you like.

A powerful real estate business has some key factors working for its owner. These businesses maximize the current working capital they possess, create positive monthly cash flow which is increasing over time without increasing the number of hours of work, and finally, building equity with the market fundamentals and the tenants occupying these residences without working harder. It’s all about your business working harder for you, not you working harder for your business.

In the 4th and final part of this video series from my presentation at Greg Habstritt’s Engage Today 2010 event,  I explain why and how your business should be working harder for you so that you can have more free time and ultimately less stress surrounding your personal life. It’s time to free yourself from being “busy”, and time to start benefiting from your business. So grab your pen and paper, click play and enjoy the final part in this video series.
